Just got an email back from City Chemicals - they don't carry it anymore.

This aldehyde group is only found in Malaria37 #28 and 52. Through SciFinder a reaction was found how to make it which turned out to be a patent. Unfortunately, the process is too involved and requires a two catalysts that are not available comercially.
